We’ve seen and heard these stories time and time again. Some saying that coffee is bad for you, some saying that coffee is good for you.
I, however, would prefer to look at the good and therefore I’m sharing this story: new research proves that coffee can extend your life by reducing your risk from heart disease, diabetes or even cancer!
Two large studies published Monday in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that the more coffee a person drank, the lower his or her risk of early death.
