Call It Quits is a free six-week challenge designed to inform and help motivate you to stop smoking. Each week there will be a specific topic with strategies to help you overcome your addiction. The th Annual Diggity Dog Dip is officially scheduled for
Saturday, September 4th from 10am-2pm at the Onalaska Aquatic Center.
This is an event that continues to grow as over 300 dogs and 600 people
attended last years Diggity Dog Dip. The Dip garners television and newspaper
coverage every year because it is the only event of its kind in the area.
If your dog loves to play with other dogs and enjoys the water, you will
need to be at this event. People are amazed by how much fun this
is for the humans as well as the dogs.

Events: The Chad Erickson Memorial Du Run Run

The Du Run Run is a run, bike, run event for kids that benefits Special Olympics Wisconsin & the City of La Crosse!

The required registration fees for the Du Run Run are $15 per child for the first two children registered and $10 for each additional child. For the registration fee, each child will receive the official Du Run Run T-shirt. Registration fees can either be paid online with a credit card or turned in on the day of the race.

Another way to contribute to Special Olympics, and collect fun Du Run Run prizes, is to earn pledges. Pledges are not required to participate and can either be collected online or turned in the day of the race. Registration fees are not included in pledge totals.

Course lengths
•Ages 11-12: 1/2 mile run, 1.5 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
•Ages 9-10: 1/4 mile run, 1 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
•Ages 7-8: 1/4 mile run, 3/4 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
•Ages 5-6: 200 yard run, 1/2 mile bike, 200 yard run
•Ages 3-4: 75 yard run, 300 yard bike/trike, 75 yard run
•Age 2: 50 yard dash
Police and emergency personnel will be on site to ensure a safe race.

Note: Parents kids ages 2 - 6 may run alongside their child during the race.
